Brewfather notes
A hop-forward IPA brewed with Fermentis BE-256 Abbey Ale yeast, merging American IPA hop character with Belgian fruity and spicy phenolic complexity. Simcoe brings tropical fruit, catpiss and pine resin, while the Belgian yeast contributes stone-fruit esters and a dry, spicy finish. Best served fresh at 8–10 °C. Pairs well with Thai green curry, mussels in white wine, spiced lamb, and aged Comté cheese.
